I have practiced yoga for over 20 years, and in 2016, I started a daily meditation practice. During Covid my interest in mindfulness was accelerated, and I completed many certifications and retreats to deepen my practice.
In addition to my daily practice, I am also an avid reader. My current topics of interest include mindful leadership, nervous system regulation, neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, neurodiversity-informed mindfulness, shadow integration work, and psychedelic-assisted therapies.
